The Welcome Back night went from 5:30-7:00 PM on Tuesday night the 27th. With only hours until students were scheduled to return, staff came out to greet parents and students. The PTA, Boy Scouts, Springfield Medical Care Systems (SMCS), and even newly minted Chief of Police Mark Fountain came out to support the event. Parents were also able to get a close-up look at all the improvements to the campus including the new parking lot and playing field.
