Here is the YouTube recording of the first of two public information nights on the bond proposal. The bond would borrow to address energy efficiency issues in the district. Emphasis will be placed on RMS and SHS.

On December 8th, Springfield voters will consider a proposal to bond for a variety of energy efficiency projects in the district. This video helps explain the proposal.
